4.1 Seminars of Integration
During the year 2007 and in accordance with our Constitution and at the request of our partners, the Coordination Office organized as well as participated in several seminars and lectures based on the topicsof reintegration. Thus, the Coordinating Office participated in the following:
• Seminar organized by the World University Service 27 th, 28th, and 29th of April, 2007 in Bonn(Germany) "Rückkehr und Berufeinstieg in Kamerun";
• Seminar organized by the Studienbegleitprogramme (STUBE) Rheinlandpfalz November 10th, 2007 at Worms (Germany):"Rückkehr und Berufeinstieg in Kamerun"
• Seminar organized by the Centrum für internationale Migration und Entwicklung (CIM) from the 5th tothe 11th of November, 2007 in Oberursel: "Grundlagen der Vermittlungsarbeit entwicklungspolitischenim Kontext";
4.2 Seminars for Returning experts /making contact
The purpose of our seminars and events is to bring together Cameroonian returning experts and offer them the possibility of networking. The Executive Secretary, M. Ludovic Etoundi,of the COC has organized during the year 2007, 4 meetings with returned experts of Germany who are living in different provinces of Cameroon and are working within the fields of developing cooperation, such as Health, Decentralisation and natural ressource management. He also met several important persons. Thus the Coordination Office organized a:
• Meeting of Returned Experts living in Bertoua on March 31st, 2007 (10 participants)
• Meeting of Returned Experts living in Buea on July 28th, 2007 (13 participants).
•Meeting of Returned Experts living in Douala on September 15th, 2007 (26 participants)
•Meeting of Returned Experts living in Maroua on December 21st, 2007 (07 participants)
•Seminar for Returnees in Worms
• Meeting on 10.11.07 in Stuttgart with the Council Board of the association Verein KamerunischerIngenieur und Informatiker (VKII).
• Meeting on 10.11.07 in Stuttgart with the council of the Association Challenge.
• Meeting on 05.10.07 in Yaounde with the council Board of the Association Camfomedics.
The Coordination Office also participated in:
• The meeting of German institutions in Cameroon "EZ Runde"on March 23rd, 2007
• The "Public-Private Partnership" day, held in Yaounde on September 14th, 2007 by GTZ
• The Meeting with the Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of Cameroon in Bonn on November 1st, 2007.
